The Parks Conservancy lost a great friend whose spirit enriched our lives and whose philanthropy benefited our communities. Evelyn Haas was the co-founder and co-chair of the Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund, which spearheaded the transformation of Crissy Field and made a historic gift to improve the Presidio. Mrs. Haas was a civic leader whose achievements—like her legacy in the Golden Gate National Parks—are for all forever. Learn more.
